During the development process, course prototypes may undergo several review cycles until the training is ready to be implemented.

⚒️Tools Used: Articulate Rise
❓Business Challenge: This training was design to train Real Estate agents on how to advise customers of rental application decisions in a consistent and timely manner.
📈Learning Objectives: After this course learners will be able to:
• Organize a list of clients and dates they should be informed.
• Generate phone calls to applicants.
• Plan on reaching out applicants again.
• Produce and send denial and/or conditional acceptatance letters to applicants.
💭Process: Conducted a needs analysis to identify performance gaps and define measurable learning objectives. Developed a content map and instructional strategy prior to building the course in Articulate Rise.

✳️Reflection: A key challenge in this project was transforming detailed property management information into an accessible and learner-centered experience. I focused on organizing the content into clear, concise sections and incorporating realistic scenarios and knowledge checks to reinforce understanding. This helped reduce cognitive overload while giving learners opportunities to connect the concepts to practical property management situations.

❓Business Challenge: This training was design for all healthcare workers at Southwest Community Hospitals. Performance gaps were identified in the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI), creating the need for standardized compliance training.
📈Learning Objectives: After completing the course learners wil:
• Recognize what HIPPA states in regards to protected health information.
• Use precautions to protect patient information.
• Recognize the consequences of violating privacy practices.
• Provide patient health information using HIPPA patient rights.
💭Process: Needs analyses were made previously, problem and goal were identified, creation of Design Document followed by Storyboard, final assessment and follow up 3-6 months later to verify behavior modification.

✳️Reflection: This project was challenging was the large amount of procedural content, compliance requirements and multiple learner personas, while maintaining learner engagement.

❓Business Challenge: Employees reported difficulty managing workplace disagreements, leading to communication breakdowns and reduced collaboration. The organization needed a concise refresher course that reinforced effective conflict resolution strategies and encouraged respectful workplace interactions.
💭Process: Needs analysis was conducted, problem and goal identified, followed by actions that needed to be taken in order to achieve the goal using a content map.
