Born in Mexico City and raised in Houston, Texas, I grew up in a bicultural household that emphasized education and bilingualism. This background helps me create content that is accessible and relatable to diverse audiences.

With years of experience as a former educator, I design and develop learning solutions that close gaps and drive performance and behavior changes. My journey into instructional design began with a passion for creating educational experiences that enhance learning and performance.

I collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, using ADDIE/SAM models and adult learning theory principles to systematically design, develop, and deliver instructional content. Leveraging technology and multimedia tools, I identify learning gaps and strategically plan how learners engage with content to drive behavioral changes and long-term retention.

Proficient in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, Slack, and Zoom, I stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in instructional design.

When not immersed in instructional design, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and gardening.
